Dubai records one of its largest real estate deals with a value of more than 3 billion dirhams

The company «Knight Frank» Real Estate Brokerage announced that its financial market team has successfully completed the largest sale of a plot of land ever by a “mediator”, and the third in size within the direct real estate sales deals in Dubai.
The company stated in a statement on its website on the “LinkedIn” network that this main piece was sold near “Emaar Kreik Harper”, with more than three billion dirhams (including transfer fees).
