المملكة: Urgent: In preparation for the academic year … the return of educational and administrative cadres and the exclusion of 4 departments

Today, Tuesday, the educational and administrative cadres and educators returned to their schools in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom, marking the start of actual preparations for the new academic year 1447 AH, in a move aimed at creating the school environment and ensuring an organized and successful start of the educational process that benefits millions of male and female students. Follow -up to the functional discipline process starting from the first day of return, by monitoring the attendance of employees through the “presence” application, which represents one of the tools of digital transformation used to enhance oversight and raise the efficiency of administrative performance within the educational environment. Noting that the application enables the competent authorities to monitor the levels of attendance and departure accurately and transparently, without the need for manual intervention. Stressing that the return of cadres in these four departments will be next Sunday, corresponding to the twenty -third of the month of Safar. For the next four years, which was designed to take into account the special circumstances of these cities and governorates due to their direct association with the Hajj and Umrah season and the special arrangements required. With the exceptional plan, the academic year for male and female students in the schools of Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif will start on the eighth day of Rabi` al -Awwal, which gives schools in those areas an additional time to complete all the necessary equipment to receive them.
