The project is in line with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, the targets of the comprehensive development plan to develop the Hatta region and the initiatives of the Supreme Committee to supervise the development of the Haza region, aimed at strengthening the economic and tourism aspect, stimulating new tourism sites in the region, and creating investment opportunities for the people of Hatta.
