Al Hammadi’s profits decreased to 241.86 million riyals in 2025

Al Hammadi Holding Company’s profits in 2025 decreased by 28.7% to 241.86 million riyals, compared to 338.8 million riyals in 2024.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"This decline in net profit is mainly due to:
1) Recording non-recurring gains in the previous year (2024) in the amount of 55.27 million riyals resulting from the sale of a plot of land in the Al-Rayyan neighborhood in Riyadh.
2) An increase in operational costs and employee costs as a result of the group’s strategic direction to expand the scope of its services in the sectors of medical services and retail pharmaceutical products.
3) An increase in general and administrative expenses and sales and marketing expenses in total. 19.64 million riyals, in support of the strategy of diversifying services and achieving sustainable growth in future revenues.
4) An increase in the provision for expected credit losses to record 21.11 million riyals during the year 2025, compared to 9.07 million riyals during the previous year, and this is due to the delay in collecting some receivables from some of the company’s major clients.
5) Recording a decrease in the goodwill resulting from investment in subsidiaries in the amount of 4.30 million riyals During the year 2025 AD.
6) A decrease in financing income to reach 3.77 million riyals, as a result of the commitment to finance and accelerate construction work at Al Hammadi Olaya Hospital, which required consuming part of the company’s cash balances to ensure speedy completion.
