The UAE embraces them … “Star and Crescent” stone in the “Guinness Book”

For the first time, the UAE embraced two of the largest and rarest natural gemstones in the world, in an event that is a milestone in the history of the global gemstone industry. The Sri Lankan, who lives in the Emirates, has become the owner registered in the Guinness Book of Records of these two extraordinary stone, the largest natural black star sapphire stone in the world called “The Black Eva Star”, and the largest stone of the cat’s eye from the natural green beer in the world called “Eye of Hope”. The name “Al -Najma and Al Hilal in the Guinness Book of Guinness was launched together.

They were officially adopted in 2024, and these two stone combined the splendor of nature, cultural heritage, and unparalleled scarcity, and their total value is estimated at more than 500 million dollars (1.8 billion dirhams).

And the “Black Eva Star” holds the record in the Guinness Book of Encyclopedia as the largest natural black star sapphire in the world, with an amazing weight of 3,621.35 carats (724.27 grams). It has been discovered in Sri Lanka and preserved in the family of the owner since the 1920s, and represents more than a hundred years of heritage in the trading of gemstones. It is characterized by its deep black color and the full star phenomenon that reflects the mystery and high position of the legacy of the Sri Lankan sapphire.

The “Ain al -Amal” was extracted from Madagascar, the largest stone of the cat’s eye from the natural green beir in the world, with a weight of 854.95 carats (170.99 grams). It is characterized by its bright green color and its wonderful silver luster, which makes it one of the most wonderful visual phenomena in the world of gemstones. It has been called a symbol of unity, freedom and hope for all humanity.
