1.48 billion dirhams total real estate evaluation transactions in Ajman during July
Ajman on August 26/ WAM/ The Emirate of Ajman witnessed a remarkable growth in the number of real estate evaluation transactions, as it increased by 201% compared to June, bringing the total value to 1.48 billion dirhams distributed over 220 transactions.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman, explained that the evaluation operations included various types of real estate, from commercial, residential and industrial, as commercial real estate acquired the largest share of the total value of the evaluation at 943 million dirhams, followed by residential real estate with a value of 198 million dirhams, then industrial real estate with a total of 336 million dirhams.
He pointed out that the July report included personal evaluation transactions and evaluation of the courts and institutions, in addition to the reviews related to long -term gold residences for investors, which numbered 195 transactions, with a total value of more than 1.3 billion dirhams, registered an increase of 273% compared to the previous month.
