September 5 The Prophet’s Birthday in the “Dubai Government”

The Dubai Government Human Resources Department issued a circular on the Prophet’s birthday, in which it announced that the work will stop in the bodies, departments and institutions affiliated with the Dubai government on Friday, 13 Rabi al -Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to September 5, 2025, provided that the official working hours will be resumed on Monday, September 8, 2025.
In its circulation, the department confirmed that this leave comes in implementation of the decisions of the Dubai government regarding religious and national occasions, noting that it aims to enable employees to share this blessed religious occasion with their families in an atmosphere of familiarity and tolerance.
The department also indicated that the decision excludes the bodies, departments and institutions whose employees work according to the shift system, or that the nature of its work requires continuous presence to provide services to the public or the management of biomedes, as these authorities will determine the schedules of the work of their employees in a manner consistent with their operational requirements to ensure the continuity of providing public services without interruption during the leave period.
The Department of Human Resources of the Dubai Government raised the highest verses of congratulations and blessings to the shrine of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and to his brother His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, and to their brothers, His Highness the Supreme Council of the Union, the Emirates, and to the people of the UAE and residents on its land The blessed occasion for the Islamic nation with good, Yemen and blessings.
