1,800 international designers participate in the Middle East Watch and Jewelery Fair in Sharjah

Sharjah, September 3/ WAM/ The Expo Sharjah Center will host, from 24 to 28 September, the activities of the 56th session of the Middle East Watch and Jewelery Exhibition, the largest event of its kind in the UAE and the region, which is organized by the center with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The exhibition witnesses the participation of more than 500 exhibitors from 21 countries, along with 1,800 senior designers and international experts in the gold and jewelry industry.
The exhibition extends over an area of 30 thousand square meters, in advance of an exceptional experience that showcases the latest luxury designs in gold, diamonds, watches, gemstones, and modern fashion.
The figures of the previous version revealed sales of 105 million dirhams, with 87 thousand visitors from 106 countries, and 1400 commercial specialists from 63 countries, reflecting the strategic position of the exhibition on the map of gold and jewelry industry globally.
His Excellency Saif Mohamed Al -Midfa, CEO of the Sharjah Expo Center, stressed that the exhibition continues to consolidate its position is a global platform for the watch and jewelry industry, noting that new countries joined this year, including Australia, Myanmar and Pakistan, which enhances the momentum of the event and its commercial opportunities.
The current session is characterized by the presence of national wings for leading countries in this sector such as India, Singapore and Thailand, as well as the distinguished Italian pavilion with the participation of more than 50 exhibitors.
The exhibition also provides specialized workshops and programs to exchange experiences and explore the most prominent trends and innovations in this field.
