“Islamic Affairs” calls for the prayer of the eclipse tomorrow

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat called for the performance of the eclipse prayer tomorrow evening, Sunday, September 7, following the example of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, in establishing legitimate prayers at cosmic phenomena.

This comes based on what the International Astronomy Center announced of an eclipse of the moon, starting at 8:27 pm, and it reaches its peak at 10:12, and ends at 11:57 pm.

The Emirates Legal Fatwa Council stated in a statement that the eclipse prayer is desirable in the right of everyone who is obliged to pray from men and women, whether the eclipse is partial or completely.
