About breast milk .. What did the last studies say?

According to the study conducted at the University of Rutgers, breast milk sends a variety of signs from mother to infant, including signals that are believed to affect the child’s biological rhythms of the child.
“We have noticed differences in the concentrations of biologically active ingredients in breast milk depending on the time of today, which confirms that breast milk is dynamic food. It should be taken into account the time of breastfeeding when the infant’s breastfeeding is used.”
She added: “The timing of these signals is the most important in the early stages of life, when the inner biological clock of the infant is still in the process of maturity.”
According to the “Medical Express”, the researchers took samples of breast milk with a capacity of 10 ml from 21 posts at 6 am, 12 noon, 6 pm, and 12 midnight in two different days, about a month difference.
Other posts provided samples taken at the same times, which led to the inclusion of 236 samples in the analysis.
Samples were examined to measure hormone levels: melatonin, cortisol and oxytocin, as well as immunoglobulin A (IGA), an anti -protein that forms part of the immune system, and lactovirin, which is a protein found in milk.
Melatonin and cortisol are involved in organizing the biological clock, while other components examined intestinal growth and microbium dynamics affect the intestine.
The researchers found that some components of breast milk, especially melatonin and cortisol, vary throughout the day.
Melatonin reaches its peak at midnight, while cortisol is the highest in the early morning. According to the researcher, the first helps sleepy, while the second works as a stimulant to wake up. (24)
