Sharjah, on September 9 / WAM / Eng. Dawood Al-Hajri, President of the Emirates Table Tennis Federation, crowned the Sharjah Sports Club, with the high excellence of the sports season 2024-2025, after the club achieved the highest rate of points amounted to 718 points during the last season, during the Emirates Table Table Federation party to distribute prizes to clubs and highlights during the past season, which was held at the Lavona Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai, In the presence of the leaders of the federation, representatives of the clubs and the celebrated players.
Sharjah club player Ahmed Saeed Al -Missibi won the award for the best player for the junior category, after the distinguished results achieved, most notably the silver of the West Asian Championship, while the club coach, Captain Ihab Suleiman, won the award for the best coach in the season.
Engineer Suleiman Abdul Rahman Al -Hajri, a member of the Sharjah Sports Club, Chairman of the Individual Games Department, said that obtaining the Shield of Public Parliament in Table Pall is a culmination of the efforts made by the administration over the past years, by working to prepare a promising generation of talent players, providing technical staff at the highest level, and achieving more local and external achievements.
He added, “The club’s individual games have a clear strategy by attracting our citizens with talent, and training them in a scientific way, in addition to plans in their short and long -term parts, in order to perpetuate the principle of continuity in achieving successes and exchanging generations.”
He explained that the continuous work and the efforts made by the club’s work teams resulted in distinguished results at all levels of games in the previous seasons and great achievements, in addition to the supreme goal that the club works for, which is to provide the state teams with the best distinguished players, to raise the Emirates flag in all posts and honorable representation of the country’s slogan.
And he stressed that the achievements of our teams last season will be a new starting point towards more successes in the coming seasons.
The Emirates Table Federation Awards were attended by Eng. Dawood Al -Hajri, President of the Federation, Ibrahim Al -Asem, Vice President, and Hassan Al -Zarouni, Secretary -General and Engineer Suleiman Abdul Rahman Al -Hajri, Head of the Individual Games Department of Sharjah Sports Club.
