86 requests to the complementary grants committee for retirees in Sharjah
Sharjah, September 10/ WAM/ The supplementary grants committee for retirees in the Emirate of Sharjah reviewed during its periodic meeting, which was held today chaired by His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al -Zaabi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, Chairman of the Human Resources Department, Chairman of the Committee, 86 requests, including 42 new requests, and 44 requests to update data.
The committee agreed to disburse grants to those who have fulfilled the conditions of entitlement, at an annual financial cost of 1,123,537.68 dirhams, provided that the amounts are paid in the accounts of the beneficiaries during the month of September.
The committee affirmed that its work comes within the framework of Sharjah’s keenness to enhance the social welfare system for retirees, by providing complementary grants that contribute to improving the standard of living and meeting the basic needs.
