Bahrain Islamic Bank signs a cooperation agreement with sufficient humanity

The Islamic Bank of Bahrain (BISB), the pioneering bank in providing innovative and simplified Islamic digital banking services in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Humanity of the Reform Society, with the aim of implementing and supporting a number of humanitarian projects and community initiatives that serve the various groups of society.
This cooperation comes out of the joint commitment between the two institutions aimed at serving the various groups of society and in particular the needy families and their economic enabling. According to the agreement, the bank will support a number of humanitarian initiatives and community projects for enough humanity, in addition to providing custom financing solutions, as well as the participation of its employees in volunteer initiatives within the “Jude” team for volunteer work.
The partnership will contribute to the implementation of qualitative initiatives that seek to raise the standard of living of limited income families and support productive families, so that they can reach higher levels of financial independence. The agreement also includes the launch of awareness and media campaigns that reflect the relentless efforts of the two parties, and to bear fruit of a culture of community service and enhance the values of solidarity and responsibility.
On this occasion, Mrs. Fatima Al -Alawi, CEO of Bahrain Islamic Bank, said: “This initiative embodies our firm belief in the role of the active Islamic banking in causing a positive impact within societies. We are proud of cooperation with sufficient humanity to harness our resources and experiences, in a way that contributes to enhancing society’s development and benefiting its members.”
For his part, His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif Ahmed Al -Sheikh, Chairman of the Reform Society, stressed: “Our efforts always focus on human institutional work that makes a real difference in people’s lives and elevates Bahraini society. To achieve our common message, through initiatives that serve the needy and support community development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This agreement is part of the Islamic Bank of Bahrain’s vision aimed at enhancing cooperation with civil society institutions, and consolidating its role in supporting the development agenda of the Kingdom of Bahrain. This step also emphasizes the importance of integrating efforts between the financial sector and civil sector institutions to build a more bonding and sustainable social system.
