Abu Dhabi Police is informing the Mauritanian security delegation of its best development practices

Abu Dhabi, September 12/ WAM/ The General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, a delegation from the Office of the Commander -in -Chief of National Security in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania headed by Commissioner, President of his master Sidi Mohamed, informed the best development practices and the leading systems that it applies in the sustainability of the security and safety process and the spread of reassurance in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, as part of its efforts in enhancing joint cooperation and exchanging experiences between security institutions in brotherly and friendly countries.
The delegation received Brigadier Hussein Ali Al -Junaibi, Director of the Police Rehabilitation Department, where the delegation was briefed on the best training practices applied by the Saif bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, and it is known for the development plans for the police rehabilitation management at the Academy and modern training methodologies to keep pace with international best practices in the areas of security and police.
The delegation listened to an explanation about the efforts made in developing specialized programs aimed at raising the efficiency of the affiliates and refining their field and academic skills, by adopting virtual reality technologies, simulation systems and artificial intelligence, in addition to exercise plans and virtual scenarios, applied shooting programs, sports training and combat skills.
He also visited the various departments of the administration, including the Department of Education and Academic Programs, the field of shooting and military training, and reviewed the most prominent distinguished initiatives and successful applications implemented by the Abu Dhabi Police within its strategy aimed at achieving a police institutional leadership.
For his part, Brigadier Dr. Eng. Muhammad Abdullah Al -Zaabi, Director of the Information and Communications Systems Center, during his meeting with the visiting delegation, affirmed the interest of Abu Dhabi Police in harnessing the latest technologies and technical systems in the field of artificial intelligence and the importance of cooperation between the two sides and conducting a standard comparison, to advance security work to achieve the government’s vision to make the Emirate of Abu Dhabi at the forefront of safe cities.
Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Surour Al Shamsi, Director of the City of Safe Center, also presented the latest technology in artificial intelligence, which enhances efficiency and effectiveness in decision -making.
Brigadier Hashem Al -Sayed Al -Hashemi, Director of the Security Inspection Department “K9” met with the visiting delegation, during their visit to the administration, and scientific and specialized knowledge was exchanged and cooperation between the two sides was enhanced within the framework of the strategic partnership and a standard comparison of best practices and services in the field of advanced training programs implemented, to raise the readiness and ability of those affiliated with dealing with various field scenarios, and developing police skills.
The delegation visited the private task sector, with the aim of seeing the development experiences and modern systems applied in the Abu Dhabi Police, and received by Lt. Col. Hamad Ali Al -Saadi, head of the first secrecy department of the Riot control department, and presented a comprehensive presentation that included an explanation of the organizational structure of the administration, its tasks and roles, in addition to the continuous training programs for the companies, mechanisms for measuring readiness and preparation for emergency, and the show included reviews of images and videos And practical scenarios show the nature of the field work of the administration.
The delegation was briefed on the latest equipment and technical mechanisms used in the riot management, training programs and joint exercises, in addition to the leading experiences in the areas of practical training and raising the efficiency of specialized cadres, as well as the management of the administration in preserving public order, dealing with riots, protecting lives and property, and controlling positions with the lowest losses.
The visit included the city police station, where the delegation was briefed on the modern applicable security tasks and services, its most prominent achievements and efforts in providing the best services to customers, witnessing security patrols, and knowing its tasks in broadcasting security and safety.
The delegation valued the great development achievements achieved by the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police by following the best international standards, which constitutes an opportunity to enhance joint cooperation and exchange experiences between the two sides in the security and training fields.
