Amira Makkawi mourns her mother and reveals the funeral details

The technical critic Amira Makkawi, the daughter of the late musician Sayed Makkawi, announced through her account on “Facebook”, the death of her mother, Mrs. Zeenat Khalil Ali, confirming in her post:

Amira Makkawi explained that the funeral prayer will take place on Sunday after the noon prayer at the Police Mosque in the city of 6th of October, with the burial in the family graves on the Fayoum Road.

On the other hand, Amira Makkawi had recently sparked controversy after commenting on the news of the return of the star Sherine Abdel Wahab to her ex -husband Hossam Habib, where she wrote on Facebook that she lost her sympathy with Sherine because of what she described as “lack of responsibility and wasting the blessing that God gave her”, stressing that she would be satisfied with hearing her songs without following her personal news.
