The UAE welcomes a road map to solve the Syrian Suwayda crisis

The UAE welcomed the Syrian government to announce the road map to resolve the crisis in the As -Suwayda Governorate, and the efforts made by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United States of America in order to achieve this.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of consolidating the truce to protect Syria and its unity, in a manner that injects Syrian blood and guarantees the protection of civilians, and achieves the sovereignty of the state and the law.

The Ministry also renewed the United Arab Emirates’s steadfast support for all the steps that Syria takes in a way that achieves its security, stability and sovereignty over its entire lands, and its standing alongside the brotherly Syrian people and its support for all efforts aimed at achieving its aspirations for security, peace, a decent life, peaceful coexistence and development.
