Mohammed bin Mansour bin Zayed crowns the winners "The Ma’i Tai World Cup" For youth
Abu Dhabi, September 19 /WAM /Sheikh Mohammed bin Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, this evening, crowned the champions of the final competitions at the end of the “World Cup Youth” activities for Moay Tai, in “Space 42 Arena” in Abu Dhabi.
The championship – organized by the Emirates Union of Moe Tai and Cake Boxing – witnessed for the first time in the Middle East, from 12 to 19 September, in cooperation with the International Moay Tai Federation, the participation of 1,200 players from 100 countries, in addition to about 800 administrators, coaches and referees.
The coronation ceremony was attended by Stephen Fox, Secretary -General of the International Federation, Tariq Mohamed Al Muhairi, member of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Union for Mawy Tae and Cake Boxing, and Khalaf Salem, Director of Partners Partners Activities Department at the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and Ali Khoury, member of the Board of Directors of the Moay Tae and Cake Boxing Federation.
Tariq Al -Muhairi, thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Mohammed bin Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, thanked the closing activities and crowning the winners, and said that the tournament achieved great success, with wide global participation, and witnessed activities for people of determination.
He explained that the technical and organizational success of the championship activities is a great incentive to host other activities within the Federation’s agenda, at the same time, at the same time, at the distinctive levels of the sons and daughters of the UAE, and their obtaining the first positions and praised the advanced technical performance of the participants in its activities from all over the world.
