"Arab Creators Union"It launches an international dialogue platform from Dubai, entitled "The future of digitization"
Dubai, September 26/ WAM/ The Arab Creative Union – United Nations Member – launched an international dialogue platform from Dubai entitled “The Future of Digitization: Innovative Technology Paths to build safe and sustainable societies”, within the “Digital@Unga” program that is held within the framework of the high -level week of the United Nations General Assembly 2025, under the auspices of both the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), in cooperation with “Nextgen Creative Solutions”.
The American University in the Emirates hosted the “Platform of Dialogue”, which brought together representatives of the governmental and academic sectors, civil society and the private sector, and witnessed the discussion of the mechanisms for employing emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain in protecting intellectual property rights, promoting digital justice, and building a safe and sustainable environment.
At the end of the dialogue, a set of recommendations were issued, which in its entirety confirmed that digitization is a comprehensive humanitarian project that leads to more equitable and sustainable societies.
The recommendations will be included in the closing report of the “Digital@Unga” program to support the formulation of a common vision for the future of digitization globally.
