2.97 billion dirhams the value of real estate actions in Ajman during September
Ajman, October 7/ WAM/ Real estate actions in Ajman during the month of September, reached 2.97 billion dirhams, recording a growth of 53% compared to the same period in 2024, according to the statistics issued by the real estate report of the Land Department and Real Estate Organization.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al -Muhairi, Director General of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department, explained that the number of real estate actions registered during the month of September reached 1739 actions, while the number of real estate trades reached 1393 trading with a total value of more than 1.87 billion dirhams.
Al -Muhairi pointed out that the real estate market in Ajman continues its upward performance, achieving record numbers that reflect the strength of the sector and the diversity of the available investment options in various regions of the emirate, noting that the “Rumaila 3” area recorded the highest value of allegiance during the month amounted to 300 million dirhams.
He drew attention to the registration of 241 real estate mortgage operations, with a total value of more than 474 million dirhams, as the highest value of mortgage was recorded in the “Al -Tala 2” area in the amount of 73.5 million dirhams.
The “Emirates City” project issues the list of the most traded real estate projects during the month of September, ahead of the “Ajman One” and “city towers” projects, while “Al -Halaio 2” came at the forefront of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al -Halio 1” and “Jasmine”.
