Al Hammadi: Completion of the foundations and the start of the construction structure for the “Jewel Al Marjan” villas in Durrat Al Bahrain

The CEO of Durrat Al Bahrain – the largest residential resort in the Kingdom of Bahrain – Yasser Al Hammadi, announced the latest developments in the Jewel of Al Marjan project located on Al Marjan Island 5 within the Durrat Al Bahrain project, explaining that the construction work is proceeding according to the specified schedule, as the foundation phase has been completed and the structural work has begun.

Al Hammadi stressed the company’s keenness to apply the highest standards of quality and sustainability at all stages of implementation.

He added that Durrat Al Bahrain is committed to the completion date of the project and handing over the villas to the owners on the date stipulated in the sales agreement, indicating that the work team is continuing its efforts at an accelerated pace to ensure that the project is delivered on time.

He stressed that the “Jewel of Coral” project is a qualitative addition to Durrat Al Bahrain’s projects, as it offers a luxurious residential experience and distinct sea views that reflect the company’s vision in enhancing the Kingdom’s position as a leading destination for tourism and luxury housing in the region.
