At the Academy Museum Gala… Kim Kardashian draws attention with a masked look

Kim Kardashian caught attention while attending the Film Academy Gala in Los Angeles, as she appeared in a dramatic look in which she wore a mask that completely covered her face from head to toe. According to Variety, this bold look left her almost blind when she arrived, but that was part of her intended plan.

The reality TV star and businesswoman revealed that the mask was part of a “haute couture” set from Margiela designed by designer Glenn Martens. “I’ve always loved Margiela,” she said on the red carpet. “I brought my favorite makeup artist, Mario, from New York, and honestly it was a last-minute idea, and I think he wasn’t very happy with it!” She added that she was wearing “full makeup and a full hairstyle” under the mask, and she intended to remove it after entering the ceremony.

Kardashian noted that the look reminded her of her brand Skims, saying: “The look is very similar to the spirit of Skims.” When I saw this design on the Margiela catwalk, I said to myself: This is exactly me.”
