The judiciary does justice to Sherine and closes the dispute file permanently

The Economic Misdemeanor Court issued a final ruling acquitting the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab of the charge of “insulting and defaming” the director of her personal pages, after the court rejected the entire case and obligated the plaintiff to pay the expenses and attorney’s fees, which represents a complete confirmation of innocence.

Legal advisor Yasser Kantoush explained that the ruling has become final after the Court of Cassation rejected the appeal submitted by Rotana Audio and Visual Company, which gives Sherine the full right to release her songs and contract with any production party without any restrictions.

Thus, the judicial file that lasted for months is closed, after a series of legal disputes related to the deletion of her songs on social media platforms and compensation claims.

On the other hand, poet Tamer Hussein revealed a new winter album by Sherine Abdel Wahab, in which he collaborates with the most prominent Arab composers and poets such as Aziz Al-Shafi’i, Madian, Ahmed Ibrahim, and Touma, which represents a strong return of the artist to the artistic scene after overcoming all differences.

This year, Sherine released her album “I Wish I Could Forget You,” which included successful songs such as “The World Made Me Accustomed to Me,” “I Smiled,” “We Will Celebrate,” “The One Who Meets My Love,” and “Honey of My Life.” The song “I Wish I Could Forget You” alone achieved 100 million views, which reflects its great success and continued popularity in the Arab world.
