512 male and female knights at the opening of the endurance season

Yesterday morning, Boudheib International Endurance Village in Al Khatm launched the new endurance racing season (2025-2026) through two qualifying races, the first for a distance of 80 km, and the second for a distance of 40 km, with the participation of 512 male and female riders from various equestrian stable clubs in the country.
194 male and female horsemen participated in the 80 km race, which was divided into three stages, 135 of whom were able to complete the race, while about 59 others left because their horses did not pass the veterinary inspection gates.
As for the 40 km race, which consisted of one stage, it witnessed the participation of 318 male and female riders, 278 of whom succeeded in completing the race, while 40 others were unable to complete the race.
The season’s racing program includes major championships over distances of 160 km and 120 km, through local and international qualifying races, all the way to races designated for women, youth, juniors and owners of private stables.
