Zelensky announces a ceasefire plan in cooperation with Europe

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in an interview with the Axios website: The American said that the leaders of Ukraine and Europe will prepare a summary plan for a ceasefire within seven to ten days.

In another context, the American website mentioned that Zelensky believes that the only way to make Russia negotiate seriously is to give Ukraine the ability to strike military targets deep into Russian territory.
