The second session of the Consular Committee between the UAE and the Philippines is held
Manila, 31 October / WAM / The United Arab Emirates and the Republic of the Philippines held the second session of the work of the Consular Committee between the two countries, in the capital, Manila.
From the Emirati side, the meeting was chaired by His Excellency Rashid Nazr Muhammad Rahma, Director of the Consular Services Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and from the Philippine side, His Excellency Anne Jolandon Luis, Assistant Secretary of the Office of Consular Affairs at the Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of a number of officials and representatives of relevant authorities from the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides stressed the depth of bilateral relations based on the foundations of friendship and constructive cooperation, and their common keenness to strengthen the partnership in the field of consular services and emergency and crisis management, in a way that serves the citizens of both countries and meets their aspirations.
