Canada supports Ukraine to restore energy infrastructure

Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced that Canada has decided to accelerate the disbursement of the final part of $10 million of its $70 million contribution to the Energy Support Fund in Ukraine.

This comes with the aim of supporting Kiev’s efforts to repair energy facilities damaged by Russian attacks and to enhance the country’s ability to withstand during the winter.
