المملكة: A remarkable presence of the International Medical Center at the Eighth World Health Forum in Riyadh

The International Medical Center participated in the eighth edition of the World Health Forum 2025, sponsored by the Ministry of Health, during the period from October 27 to 30 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center.
This year’s participation was characterized by a special momentum and diversity, including: announcing a number of expansion projects, signing a number of important agreements, honoring and praising Ministry of Health officials, and receiving a large number of visitors who expressed their keenness to learn about all the unique programs and initiatives of the International Medical Center.
The International Medical Center was honored. The International Medical Center pavilion at the forum received by His Excellency the Minister of Health, A. Fahd Al-Jalajel was then honored by a subsequent visit by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Health, Eng. Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al-Rumaih, where during their visits they were briefed on the latest expansion projects, in addition to the unique pioneering projects in promoting wellness and creating a unique global model for comprehensive health care, starting from and to the human being, while placing the quality of life and comprehensive wellness at the heart of every service, in addition to the mission of the Medical College of the International Medical Center, which is the most modern in the region and combines the use of the latest artificial intelligence technologies in health education and training on the one hand. And the qualification of the wise doctor, on the other hand, is the doctor who is characterized by something that artificial intelligence cannot assume his duties in that he is (capable – sympathetic – holistic – health advocate).
During the forum, the International Medical Center received a new honor added to its honorary list from the Health Insurance Council during the ceremony announcing the best rated health care service providers in the (Daman Rating) program for the first half of 2025, for its excellence and efforts in providing high-quality and efficient health care to beneficiaries. Health insurance.
As for signing agreements and partnerships, the International Medical Center concluded a cooperation agreement with Philips SNG, to supply: the most advanced biplane catheterization laboratory, a hybrid angiography device with a flexible system, and a high-performance echocardiogram.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Walid Fitaihi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the International Medical Center, and Akram Serafi, CEO of Philips SNG.
The International Medical Center also signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Medical Center. Afaq, a pioneer in health education technologies, aims to develop the health education sector and enhance the transformation of health training towards an innovative digital environment, which contributes to enhancing the quality of training and raising the efficiency of health personnel.
And emphasizing the importance of cooperation and exchange of experiences; The International Medical Center signed a cooperation agreement with the National Institute for Health Research with the aim of supporting scientific research and innovation, empowering researchers, and implementing joint projects that contribute to the development of health care.
In an important step to enhance research and innovation in medical artificial intelligence; Dr. Walid Fitaihi and Professor Pierre Magistretti, Vice President for Research, Director of the Smart Health Initiative at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), signed a memorandum of understanding between the International Medical Center and (KAUST) aiming to establish a partnership to develop cooperation in the fields of health research and wellness management.
The International Medical Center concluded its agreements with a new strategic partnership with King Abdulaziz University to enhance the areas of research and training cooperation, qualify students, and build research capabilities that aim to establish the concept of wellness and longevity. And consolidating the concept of holistic health, in line with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in the fields of health and education.
It is worth noting that the International Medical Center, which is the first private hospital accredited to train doctors in Saudi Arabia, and which was distinguished by presenting a unique model in health education and awareness through more than 90 films in several languages, and designing the (Wellness Index), which is the first of its kind in the world, and took two decades to create its own model, is currently witnessing an important phase of expansion projects with investments estimated at more than 3 billion.
