"We are ready for you".. London warns Putin after a Russian ship was spotted in British waters

Warn British Defense Secretary John Healey Russian President Vladimir Putin Wednesday after a Russian military ship was spotted in British waters for the second time this year.
The Defense Minister said in a press conference "My message to RussiaAnd to Putin is the following: We see you. We know what you’re doing. If the Yantar ship heads south during the week, we are ready"
He explained that Yantar was now stationed at the borders of British waters north of Scotland, and that it directed laser beams at the British Royal Air Force pilots who were monitoring its activities.

Healey confirmed that it was "For the second time this year, the ship entered British waters".
He added "It is part of a Russian fleet designed to put our submarine infrastructure and that of our allies at risk". He explained that "A Russian program (…) aims to provide capabilities for surveillance in times of peace and sabotage in times of war"
Healey warned Putin on January 22 after the discovery of the British Royal Navy "Russian spy ship" These were in the English Channel and then in the North Sea, where ships were deployed to monitor them.
