Beyond unveils “Canyon”, its second residential project in “The Forest” in Dubai Maritime City

Beyond Real Estate Development, a leading company with an innovative future vision in developing projects on waterfronts, announced the launch of “Canyon”, the company’s second residential tower within “The Forest” area, the first forest by the sea in the Middle East, which the company previously revealed. The project constitutes a qualitative addition to the integrated urban landscape that Beyond is developing within its master plan in Dubai Maritime City, which extends over an area of ​​8 million square feet.
The design of “Canyon”, valued at 1.5 billion dirhams, is based on a contemporary reading of the natural terrain, as its architectural lines flow smoothly, simulating the earth’s topography and its gradations, and interacting with the sun’s rays and the play of light and shadow, while the suspended gardens rise vertically on the facade to create a living extension of nature within the urban fabric.
