Expected The National Center of Meteorology in its report on Weather conditiontoday, Monday, in the regions of the Kingdom, continued rainfall Thunderstorms accompanied by hail showers and active winds over parts of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
While the sky is partly cloudy, rainy thunderclouds may be interspersed with active winds over parts of the highlands of the Jazan, Asir and Al-Baha regions.
It is also not unlikely that fog will form over parts of the eastern region and the northern parts of the Kingdom.

Red Sea

Surface winds: northwesterly to Northerly in the northern and central parts, and southeasterly to southwesterly in the southern part, at a speed of 20-40 km/h, reaching 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the central and southern parts.

Wave height: from one to two metres, reaching a height of more than two and a half meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds.

Sea state: Light to medium waves reaching wavy with the formation of thunderclouds. Rainy.

Arabian Gulf

Surface winds: southwesterly to southerly in the northern part, and northwesterly to northerly in the southern part, at a speed of 10-25 km/hour.

Wave height: from half a meter to a meter.

Sea state: light waves.

Rain in Mecca

The phenomenon begins at 8 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m.
The alert includes: Khulais, Shuaiba, Bahra, Al-Jamoum, Al-Kamil, Al-Layth, Al-Qunfudhah, Jeddah, the Holy Capital, and Taif.
The accompanying effects are: active winds, low horizontal visibility, and thunderbolts.
