According to the website "Saudi Arabia Trading"The amount of Shares were traded about 179.2 million shares, while the market value reached about 8.9 trillion riyals.
Shares of 172 companies decreased
Shares of 172 companies decreased at the end of today’s trading, while 83 rose, out of 264 companies listed on the main market.
The shares of companies were: Comprehensive Path, Al-Babtain, Aqua Power, National Education, Cisco Holding, The shares that rose the most were: Herfy Foods, Chubb, Sadaq, Bahri, and Artex, which declined the most.
Parallel Market
The parallel market index, Nomu, closed today, down by 1.2% at 23,719 points, with trades amounting to 12.5 million riyals.
The amount of shares traded amounted to about 1.2 million shares, while the market value amounted to about, 43.2 billion riyals.
The shares of 58 companies declined at the end of today’s trading, while 24 rose, out of 126 companies listed in the parallel market.
