The head of South Korea Lee Jae Myung He feels he has to apologize to North Korea Because of his predecessor’s orders to send propaganda marches and leaflets across the border.
He said in a press conference held today, Wednesday, on the occasion of the one-year anniversary of former President Yoon Suk-yul declaring martial law and throwing the country into a state of chaos for a short period: "I feel like I should apologize but I hesitate to say it out loud"
He added: "I fear that if I do so, it may be used in ideological battles, or to accuse me of being pro-North"

The South Korean president said that it would be very difficult to make nuclear submarines for Seoul in the United States under an agreement with Washington.
He continued: "From our point of view, producing nuclear submarines there is realistically very difficult".
