Eurozone growth rises to 0.3% in the third quarter

The European Union revised its estimates of the growth of the Eurozone economy during the third quarter of the year, increasing from (0.2%) to (0.3%), exceeding previous expectations, and this improvement came despite the continuing geopolitical tensions and weak international trade.

 

France maintained better-than-expected growth despite its political turmoil, while growth in Germany remained unchanged, and Denmark recorded the highest growth within the bloc at a rate of (2.3%), according to data. "Eurostat".

 

This update comes after the European Union reduced its forecast for euro zone growth for the year 2026 to (1.2%) compared to a previous forecast of (1.4%).
