"Clear" 1.3 million drivers have access to digital vehicle insurance services

Dubai, December 5, WAM / SALIC, the exclusive operator of toll gates in Dubai, announced that 1.3 million drivers were able to obtain advanced digital insurance solutions for vehicles, within one year of its strategic partnership with the “LEVA” group, which specializes in the insurance sector in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, which was launched in November 2024.

It confirmed that the advanced digital structure of its platform contributed to enhancing customers’ ease of access to insurance services, by integrating LEVA solutions within a unified electronic system that allows insurance renewal in simplified steps over the Internet, in addition to providing a service of scheduled alerts for renewal dates to ensure the continuity of insurance coverage without interruption.

Indicators show that 25% of users renewed their vehicle insurance within just 3 minutes via the dedicated digital platform, without any human intervention, which reflects the growing confidence in digital options and the ease of completing services through smart channels.

Ibrahim Sultan Al-Haddad, CEO of SALIC PJSC, said that the results achieved reflect the effectiveness of the partnership with LEVA in developing innovative solutions that improve customer experience, stressing the company’s commitment to expanding its digital services portfolio and supporting Dubai’s path towards becoming the smartest city in the world.
