Aldrees recommends distributing 200 million riyals in profits for the year 2025
In its meeting held yesterday, the Board of Directors of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company (Aldrees) recommended distributing cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the year 2025.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"The total amount distributed is 200 million riyals, while the number of shares entitled to dividends is 100 million shares.
She added that the share of the distribution is 2 riyals, while the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share is 20%.
The eligibility for dividends will be for the shareholders who own the shares at the end of the day of the company’s general assembly and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the company’s general assembly. The company’s general assembly will be held, the date of which will be determined later.
She noted that the distribution date will be determined later.
