Disagreement over two issues: developments in the agreement to end the war between Russia and Ukraine

He pointed out that the second issue is the future of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in Ukraine, the largest in Europe, which is currently under Russian control.

Kellogg continued: "If we solve these two issues, I think the rest of the things will go well, and we’re almost there, really close.".
