Mai Omar: I would love to work with my husband Mohamed Sami

Actress Mai Omar stated during a dialogue session within the activities of the Red Sea Film Festival that she enjoys working with her husband, director Mohamed Sami, saying: "BI would love to work with my husband, Mohamed Sami, and I don’t know if he likes it or not. At the beginning of our marriage, I pictured a plastic Oscar statue with him, and we were dreaming of reaching the international level.".

May Omar spoke about the role of criticism in her artistic career, stressing that the opinions of critics often do not reflect the opinion of the public, adding: "AI only have an audience for my work, and the opinion of the street is what makes the difference with me".
