Zamalek continues its training in preparation for facing Ismailia Electricity
The first football team of Zamalek Club continued its training, this evening, Sunday, at the Military College Stadium. In preparation for facing Kahraba Ismailia in the League Cup, Ahmed Abdel Raouf, the technical director of Zamalek, held a session with the players on the sidelines of the training session today, and talked about some of the technical aspects that will be implemented in the training session in preparation for the next match, and explained the roles required of each player.
Ahmed Abdel Raouf, in his conversation with the players, stressed the importance of the Capital of Egypt Cup matches, and asked the players to focus and make the maximum effort in training.
The technical staff was keen to reduce the physical load of the players during the training session. Today, this decision came to avoid fatigue among the players before the match, as Nuno Costa Ribeiro, the load coach, took over the leadership of this training section, which included light physical exercises in addition to a ball section.
Zamalek is preparing to face Ismailia Electricity, the day after tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Arab Contractors Stadium, as part of the championship competitions.
