The UAE stands in solidarity with Australia and offers condolences for the death of a firefighter in a forest fire

Abu Dhabi, 9 December / WAM / The UAE expressed its solidarity with friendly Australia and its sincere condolences over the killing of a firefighter while fighting a forest fire north of Sydney, which resulted in the destruction of a number of homes.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, to the Australian government, and to the friendly Australian people in this painful incident.
