Next Saturday: the film “1900 – Part One” will be shown as part of the Film Society’s screenings

The Film Society continues its weekly screenings next Saturday, with the screening of the joint Italian-French film “1900” Part One " By the great director Bernardo Bertolucci, it is one of the most important cinematic works that dealt with the political and social transformations in Italy at the beginning of the twentieth century. 

 

The film brings together an elite group of the most prominent stars of international cinema, including Robert De Niro, Gerard Depardieu, and Burt Lancaster, and a group of illustrious names such as Dominique Sanda, Stefania Sandrelli, and Donald Trump participate in the tournament. Sutherland.

 

For the film, Bertolucci relied on a high-level artistic team, including the international director of photography, Vittorio Storaro, and editor Franco Arcali, with music composed by the legendary Ennio Morricone.
