Campaign success "UAE is clean " In Sharjah, with the participation of 1,900 volunteers

Sharjah, December 10, 2025 – During its station in Sharjah, the “Clean UAE 2025” campaign collected 1,237 kilograms of waste with the participation of 1,900 volunteers, as part of the national efforts to enhance environmental sustainability, organized by the Emirates Environment Working Group, and sponsored by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.

The participants were spread over an area of ​​10 kilometers, where they collected and sorted recyclable waste, which included 550 kilograms of paper, 56 kilograms of plastic, 23 kilograms of glass, and 20 kilograms of scrap metal, to be sent to local recycling facilities, confirming the campaign’s commitment to sound waste management.
