1. Enhance immunity and vitality

Get more vitamin C (orange, kiwi, strawberry) and vitamin D from the sun or supplements after consulting your doctor.

Drink warm herbs such as ginger, turmeric, anise.

Sleep 7-8 hours a day to relieve stress and fatigue.

Wash hands regularly and avoid crowded places two weeks before the wedding.

2. Skin and hair care

Deep moisturizing twice daily using creams rich in hyaluronic acid or ceramides, and a weekly mask with honey, avocado or oatmeal.

Gently exfoliate the skin once a week and use sunscreen, even in winter.

A weekly hair oil bath (coconut, argan, olive), cutting the ends before the wedding, and reducing the use of heating tools.
