"Emirati district" It invites national brands to participate in its next phase

Dubai, December 13 / WAM / The Sheikha Fatima bint Mohammed bin Zayed Initiative, in cooperation with the Federal Youth Authority, invited emerging and established Emirati brands to participate in the next phase of the “Emirati Neighborhood” initiative, which aims to support creativity and entrepreneurship and enhance the presence of Emirati products on global platforms.
The Emirati Neighborhood, one of the initiatives emanating from the initiative of Sheikha Fatima bint Mohammed bin Zayed, continues to enable young citizens and emerging companies to display their products made in the UAE, thus contributing to consolidating the national cultural identity and supporting the creative economy.
Maiwand Jabrakhil, CEO of the Sheikha Fatima bint Mohammed bin Zayed Initiative, said that the “Emirati Neighborhood”, in cooperation with the Federal Youth Authority, provides an opportunity for youth-led commercial projects to display and sell their locally made products, stressing that the initiative celebrates the creativity and talents of Emirati youth, and gives them a platform to share their cultural identity with a global audience.
He explained that the initiative aims to empower young Emirati entrepreneurs and enhance their contributions to the national economy, in line with the goals of the National Youth Agenda 2031, noting that the “Emirati Neighborhood” allows participants to access resources and guidance and gain experience and skills that contribute to accelerating the growth of their businesses and expanding their scope towards international markets.
He called on Emirati entrepreneurs to apply to participate in the next phase of the “Emirati District.” He also called on passengers traveling through Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3, to visit the district and enjoy a shopping experience that showcases the best Emirati products and concepts to a global audience, while adopting a periodic selection mechanism for new brands that ensures continuous innovation and the discovery of talent.
It is noteworthy that the “Emirati District” was inaugurated at the beginning of this year, and is located between Terminals “B and C” in Terminal 3. In its first phase, it included four Emirati projects, which included the “Amdal” project by Afnan Balshalat, “Mira Farms” affiliated with the initiative of Sheikha Fatima bint Mohammed bin Zayed, and the “Nawa” project by Abdulaziz Al Jabri, in addition to the “Min Al Arab” project by Layazia Al Muhairi.
