• Studying the actual electricity bills of Saudi families in the summer and winter seasons in all regions of the Kingdom, and the average consumption in the summer was taken as a basis for support.
• Studying the actual consumption of gasoline by Saudi families, and taking the average consumption as a basis for support.

She explained that this does not exceed the amount of the basic entitlement specified in the session (28) of March 2020 according to the approved amendments to the program controls on April 7, 2020.

The Director General of Communications stated to Citizen Account Program, Abdullah Al-Hajri, said that the total that the program has paid to beneficiaries since its launch is more than 262 billion riyals, of which 2.8 billion riyals are compensation for previous payments, explaining that 72% of the beneficiaries received support in this batch, and the average support per family reached 1,474 riyals.
