"Tarahum Charity" The dues of 46 cases are paid "Resolving rental disputes"

Dubai, December 17 / WAM / The Rental Disputes Center in Dubai announced that it had received a donation from the “Tarahum” Charitable Foundation to pay the financial dues resulting from 46 cases binding on rental issues in the emirate, within the framework of the ongoing institutional partnership between the two sides and in support of distressed humanitarian cases.
This initiative comes within the objectives of the Centre’s Hand of Good Committee, which aims to support groups facing difficulties in fulfilling their rental obligations, reflecting the humanitarian orientation of the rental dispute resolution system and its endeavor to achieve a balance between applying the law and taking into account social and humanitarian aspects, in line with the directions of the Dubai government in consolidating social justice and spreading a culture of community solidarity.
His Excellency Abdul Qadir Musa Mohammed, Head of the Rental Disputes Settlement Center, confirmed that this donation reflects the depth of cooperation with the “Tarahum” Charitable Foundation and the keenness of both sides to support families and individuals affected by rental issues, indicating that the Center will allocate this support to address the receivables according to precise standards that ensure it reaches its beneficiaries, citizens and residents of Dubai, in a way that contributes to providing them with housing stability.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Tahlak, Director General of the “Trahum” Foundation, explained that this support comes as an extension of the Foundation’s mission to support the most needy groups and enhance family and social stability, stressing its commitment to continuing cooperation with the Center to create a positive and sustainable impact in society.
This donation is an additional step in the path of mutual cooperation between the two sides, noting that the Tarahum Charitable Foundation previously provided, in cooperation with the Centre, a donation worth two million and 175 thousand dirhams to pay financial obligations for 70 people in rental cases.
