For the following penalties:
- A fine of up to 100 thousand riyals.
- Deprivation of recruitment for a period of up to 5 years.
- Imprisonment for the responsible leader for a period of up to one year, with Deportationif he is an expatriate.

All reports are treated with complete confidentiality, without any responsibility on the part of the informant.
Punishment for an establishment that employs expatriates who violate the regulations, or leaves its workers to work for themselves or for others, or employs others’ workers.
