US stock indices are rising and gold is hovering around its highest levels in a week


Wall Street’s major indices opened at Riseon Monday, with ‌ stocks of technology companies recovering, while gold prices rose to their highest level in more than a week, approaching Record peak.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose (93.4) ​​points, or (0.19%), to (48,475.81) points, and the Standard & Poor’s 500 index opened up (33.7) points, or (0.49%), to (6,892.19) points, and The Nasdaq Composite Index (214) points or (0.92%) to (23,449.669) points.

By 1309 GMT, gold in spot transactions rose (1.9%) to (4,411.90) dollars per ounce, reaching its highest level since December 29.
And for other precious metals, Silver rose in spot transactions (3.6%) to reach ($75.25) per ounce, after reaching its highest level ever at ($83.62) on December 29.
Platinum increased in spot transactions (3.5%) to record ($2216.65) per ounce, after touching its highest level ever at ($2478.50) last Monday. Palladium rose (2.4%) to ($1677.50) per ounce.
