I registered Customs ports: Land, sea and air: 900 seizures of contraband, as part of the ongoing efforts made by Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority "Zatka" To enhance the security aspect and protect society from various types and forms of prohibited items.
The seized items included 133 items of Narcotic substances, such as: hashish, cocaine, heroin, shabu, Captagon pills, and others, in addition to 291 prohibited substances.
Customs ports also witnessed the cancellation of 1,975 types of tobacco and its derivatives, in addition to 28 types of sums of money, and 3 types of weapons and their supplies.
Tightening customs control
and confirmed "Zatka" It is continuing to tighten customs control over the Kingdom’s imports and exports, in order to achieve the security and protection of society, through continuous cooperation and coordination with all its partners from the relevant authorities.
She called for "Zatka" At the same time, everyone should contribute to combating smuggling to protect society and the national economy, by contacting it on the number designated for security reports (1910) or via e-mail (1910@zatca.gov.sa) or the international number (009661910). Through these channels, the Authority receives reports related to smuggling crimes and violations of the provisions of the Unified Customs System in complete confidentiality, while granting a financial reward to the whistleblower if the report’s information is correct.
