The supervisory move came in response to telegrams issued by His Royal Highness the Minister of the Interior, which monitored the increasing phenomenon of writing down sacred phrases on packaging containers whose final destination is trash cans, which is considered a clear violation of the sanctity of these names and an infringement on I forbid it.

The Chambers of Commerce entered the crisis line to spread this ban to its subscribers, stressing that adherence to these controls is not an option but rather a religious and regulatory duty that requires immediate implementation to avoid legal accountability.
The Chambers of Commerce recalled the historical royal orders issued since 1407 AH and 1415 AH, which established the rule of “preventive prevention” of any practices that may lead to… Disrespecting Sharia texts, stressing that respect for religious identity is a red line that cannot be tolerated in the commercial sector.
She called on business owners to review their packaging designs immediately, and adopt marketing alternatives that respect public taste and Sharia controls, in order to preserve Islamic values and ensure the integrity of the regulatory position of their establishments.
