Cement and concrete prices will rise during December 2025
The bulletin of average prices of goods and services issued by the Statistics Authority showed an increase in the prices of cement and concrete in Saudi ArabiaDuring last December, on a monthly basis.
According to the bulletin, the price of Black cement increased by 1.9% on a monthly basis last December, recording 15.8 riyals for"50 kg".
The price of white cement rose by one million "50 kg" By 0.1% on a monthly basis last December, recording 37.9 riyals.
Concrete prices
Record price Concrete"Resistant 350k" An increase of 0.5% last December, on a monthly basis, to reach 225.3 riyals per cubic meter.
The price of a cubic meter of concrete increased. "Resistant 250k" by 0.4% on a monthly basis last December, recording 205.4 riyals.
The price of concrete reached "Regular 350 K" 215.4 riyals per cubic meter, recording an increase of 0.5% on a monthly basis in December 2025.
The price of concrete was recorded "Regular 250 K" 196.9 riyals per cubic meter, increasing on a monthly basis last December by 0.3%.
Prices of building materials
